Started in 1988, the Autumn With Topsail Festival is held on the grounds of the Historical Society of Topsail Island and the Assembly Building, which houses the Missiles & More Museum in Topsail Beach, NC. The festival features an Artists’ and Crafts Court with over 100 regional artists displaying and selling their work. Enjoy exciting live musical entertainment, a variety of amazing food with beer and wine, inflatables and crafts for children, and much more!

FREE Shuttle Service will be provided from various parking areas in Topsail Beach to the Festival Grounds. Please remember NO PETS are permitted unless they are licensed service dogs.

2026 AUTUMN WITH TOPSAIL RULES AND REGULATIONS (partial list of those relevant to KBSTRRC)

• Artists must exhibit and be present during the complete show, 9:00 AM to 5 PM on Saturday and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday. The festival will remain open for music and food until 8 PM Saturday and artists may remain open.
• The Town of Topsail Beach has underground water lines in the festival area. Driving stakes without knowing their location can result in major damage. To avoid any issues, vendors are not allowed to use stakes to secure their pop-up canopies. Canopy weights are the easiest and most common solution for securing your canopy.
• Animals, bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, roller skates or any other like items are not permitted within the festival grounds.
• Parking and vehicle traffic will not be permitted within the festival grounds after 8:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Upon acceptance by the AWT Committee, the space fee is non-refundable unless extreme circumstances dictate. Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by email. AWT will not refund space fees due to inclement weather, acts of God, pandemics, or other extenuating circumstances.
• Any artist violating any of the rules and regulations of the festival will not be permitted to exhibit and will be ineligible to participate in future AWT events. AWT reserves the right to enforce all rules and regulations as stated above.
